BLOODWORTH, JUSTICE. THE PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI IS DENIED BECAUSE THE ADMISSION OF THE ORDINANCE IS NOT A PREREQUISITE TO ADMISSION OF THE RESULTS OF THE PEI test.
